Warehouse Fulfillment:  Reno
(Flex Schedule, Part-time, Full-time)

                                                                            
As a warehouse fulfillment and shipping team member you will work in a fast paced environment. Duties will include pulling, packing, sorting items for delivery, shipping station duties, and inventory stocking and warehouse reorganization must routinely lift 40lbs, climb ladders, stand long periods of time and continuous use of hands and fingers.

Driver/Delivery Merchandiser:

Van/Small Box Truck Deliveries to NLT/Truckee Summit to replenish merchandise to big box and boutique retailers. When not working in the field, you will participate in a fast paced environment of warehouse inventory organization/fulfillment. Duties will include pulling, packing, and sorting items for delivery and shipping.


Merchandiser: 


Merchandisers complete a variety of jobs, assist with deliveries, replenish merchandise, style and reset displays to big box (CVS, Safeway, Raleys, Rite-aid) and boutique retailers scan in of inventory, restocking product, replacing tickets on products, seasonal resets of merchandise, etc.


Retail Account Rep: 


The crucial role in managing existing customers and driving new business. This associate is adept at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and matching solutions to those needs. Their focus is in helping their customers succeed, while simultaneously achieving the profit and cost containment objectives of our company. They are "people-people" who want to add "real value" for their customers.

 

Driver/Delivery/Retail Account Rep: 
(Full-time)

Warehouse Fulfillment:  Reno
(Flex Schedule, Part-time, Full-time)
Compensation: Hourly DOE

As a warehouse fulfillment and shipping team member you will work in a fast paced environment. Your duties will include pulling, packing, sorting items for delivery, shipping station duties, and inventory stocking and warehouse reorganization.

Summary of Job Duties;
• Loading and unloading product
• Pallet products
• Inventory counts
• Performing various shipping and receiving duties
• Climb ladders
• Lift boxes up to 40lbs
• Organize Inventory
• Walk, climb, push, reach and pull products and boxes
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and ask questions when unsure of something
• Follow company standard procedures
• Ensure correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed
• Replenishing "shopping area" inventory with back stock

Job Requirements:
• Previous Warehouse and/or Forklift experience a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills, a plus!
• Ability to stand for long periods at a time
• Ability to communicate efficiently and work well in a team setting
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Available holidays and some weekends

 

Merchandiser: (Part-time)
Compensation Hourly: DOE
Reliable Transportation/Expense Reimbursement

The merchandiser's schedule is usually 30+ hours a week depending on time of year.

We offer paid on the job training, bi-weekly pay with the option of Direct Deposit.

Merchandisers complete a variety of jobs such as:
• Assist with deliveries
• Replenish merchandise, style and reset displays to big box (CVS, Safeway, Raleys, Rite-aid) and boutique retailers
• Surge work (i.e. retailer scan in of inventory, restocking product, replacing tickets on products, seasonal resets of merchandise, etc.
• Work independently
• Merchandising

Minimum Qualifications:
• Experienced driver in snow
• Good driving record
• Access to email and cell phone
• Reliable transportation/ proof of insurance

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

The Retail Account Rep plays a crucial role in managing existing customers and driving new business. This associate is adept at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and matching solutions to those needs. Frequent new product introductions and seasonal shifts in products require continuous customer education, merchandising, seasonal product resets and management of customer expectations and responsibilities. The Retail Account Rep's goal is to be a strategic partner to the buyer in planning out successful deployment of products within their stores.

Company provided technology equips you with the necessary tools to effectively represent products, and provide customers insight to real-time inventory counts, along with details on what's selling and what's not. Our technology helps the you match the right customers with the best products for them.

Weekly/bimonthly calls are made to existing customers to ensure product sets are full, neatly merchandised, and orders are placed for weekly delivery. Additionally, with help from the Sale Leadership Team, the you will  regularly identify and pursues new customers.

Responsibilities:
• Know and leverage the company's value proposition, be able to articulate product benefits/advantages and provide solution-oriented strategies to execute according to customer's seasonal, general-merchandise needs.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, a problem-solving mind-set, and a servant's heart.
• Seek out prospective customers, new target segments and penetrate sales in that area.
• Convert leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local associations to promote the product.

The Account & Delivery Rep is a strategic partner with the customer to drive successful deployment of products sale within their stores, introduce products, provide customer support and consult on set plans and hot products.

Weekly calls and deliveries are made to existing retail customers to ensure product sets are full, neatly merchandised, and orders are placed for weekly delivery. New product introductions and seasonal shifts in products require customer education, merchandising, seasonal product resets and management of customer needs & expectations.

Additionally, with Leadership Team assistance, the Retail Account Rep regularly identifies additional existing customer opportunities, pursues new customers in different customer segments including big box, boutique, resort, grocers/pharmacy, marinas, hotels/motels, gas stations, etc.
