Wholesale Resort Accessories Any items received in error or that are defective in any way may be returned for full credit. Please call 530.582.0403 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization. In the case of errors or defects, Wholesale Resort Accessories will issue a UPS call tag and have the items picked up by UPS.
What can I return?
You can return any item you have purchased from us as long as it is unworn, undamaged, has the original tags and is in it’s original packaging, and it is within 30 days of purchase. Such as Winter Hats (Beanies, Headbands, Bandanas), Winter Gloves, Snow Pants and Bibs, Snow Toys, Ski Accessories, Footwear (Winter Boots, Flip Flops, Sandals, Water Shoes), Inflatable Toys, Inflatable Floats (Boats, Mattresses, Tubes, Rings), Sand Toys, Beach Toys, and Beach Accessories (beach chairs).
What do I do if I get a defective, or a damaged item, or if it is missing a piece?
If you receive your item damaged, has a manufacturer defect, or is missing a piece please contact us as soon as possible.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept only Visa and MasterCard. Or if you are a small business you can establish an account with us.
Can I establish an account with Wholesale Resort Accessories?
Yes, many returning customers find it very convenient to establish an account. The first order will be charged to your credit card. Thereafter, upon submission and approval of a credit application, billing and terms may be offered. A credit limit will be established and terms will be Net 30. Please call our office at 530-582-0403 to request a credit application. Past due accounts will accrue Service Fee of 1.2% per month. No orders will be shipped to accounts that are over 30 days late.
How much are your shipping and handling cost?
Shipping & Handling costs are automatically calculated during your checkout process.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only with in the United States.
When will my package be delivered?
When you get the confirmation email that your order has shipped a tracking number is provided, if applicable. A package will generally take approximately 5 days after it has been shipped for it to be delivered. If you have still not received your packed please contact us and we will look into it.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipping UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders received before 3:00 PM PST are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the business next day. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday, so all orders received then will be shipped on the following Monday.
